Tobias Meierling is a master event technician and, alongside Mourad Mahrouk, is responsible for administration and project management, as well as staff training, employee qualification, risk assessment and accident prevention.

In 2016, Mourad Mahrouk founded the first SmartCrew branch in Trier. As a trainer for the operation of industrial trucks, aerial work platforms and telescopic loaders, he is responsible for administration and project management tasks at SmartCrew.
